Ordering Equipment and Supplies
Getting your equipment is straightforward. Have your prescription and sleep study ready and we will handle the rest.

Get a Prescription
Following your sleep study, your healthcare provider will prescribe the appropriate equipment for your treatment. We accept prescriptions from any licensed provider and are here to help you obtain the equipment you need.

Connect with Our Team
Reach out to Harbor Sleep by phone or email with your prescription information. We will coordinate with your insurance provider to verify coverage, explain your benefits, and guide you through the ordering process to ensure you receive the equipment you need.
3.
Equipment Delivery and Education
Upon completion of your order, Harbor Sleep will coordinate the delivery or pickup of your prescribed equipment. For new patients, our experienced team provides comprehensive education on equipment setup, operation, and ongoing care, ensuring you are confident and prepared to begin therapy.
Insurance & Payment
Most CPAP and BiPAP equipment is covered under Medicare, Medicaid, and many private insurance plans when prescribed by a physician. Harbor Sleep works with your insurer on your behalf to determine coverage and process your order. To get started, you will need a current prescription from your doctor and a copy of your sleep study results. Contact us and we will walk you through the rest.

We are an independent DME supplier, not a national chain, which means your questions go to people who know your file. Our job is to get you the equipment your doctor prescribed, covered by your insurance, with as little friction as possible.
